HR and Employment Attorney Helene Horn Figman (and DMS Sponsor!) will answer your questions about Drug and Alcohol Policies, as well as some other types of policies, are applicable (except recreational marijuana.) General legal methods of handling issues within the Practice (hiring, firing, security, etc.) are matters she can address, as well as anti-harassment and anti-discrimination training.
