  • Gave us some generic ideas about how to use our software to its full potential
  • There is an online version as well as a software version
  • ½ our mangers are using QuickBooks currently
  • There are 4 different types of QuickBooks: QuickBook Pro, QuickBook Preimer, QuickBook Enterprise Solutions and QuickBooks online
  • He called it a full management system i.e. payroll, merchant services, billing, web interface, point of sale for retail, 3rd party billing
  • Can set book marks within books
  • Preferred browser for QuickBooks is Chrome but is compatible with all
  • Create separate user names
  • Gave us ideas re: common shortcuts can use control alt
  • Memorize accts for monthly automatics transactions under memorize tab you can print the bills and transactions from there’s well
  • If you select cks you can group them at different times of the month to print and pay bills
  • Most banks accounts can be linked to QuickBooks
  • Some dental software can be linked also if it is a cov file it can be imported into QuickBooks
  • You can get a daily summary of sale receipts
  • There is a site called zappier that can take online triggers to write sales receipts within quick books
  • Update every 3 years to the latest version
  • Back up every time you log out or set up daily backup’s = very important! Your it company can back up to your server as well
