Our first speaker will be Adriana Amorim, Professional Relations Representative for Delta Dental of Massachusetts will answer questions and update everyone with current DD information.

Questions submitted to Adriana include:

  • What is Delta’s expectation for a response time by provider reps to a practice inquiry? We seem to have to call multiple times.
    If you have a procedure that Delta downgrades, do we have to accept that fee…?
    Are all DD plans going to be enrolled in the new plan?
    When offering a case fee or discount to a patient or employee, does the discount have to be submitted on the claim?
    What is the filing limit for dental claims?
    Can a provider be in network with just Plus Premier now?
    Are there more than one set of fee schedules? How are Aspen and Gentle Dental able to advertise and charge discounted fees?
    Can I use Chewsi in my office and not be in violation of my Delta Contract?
