When one of our members contacted us and suggested that we have an informal meeting to help shed some light on the recent insurance submission policy changes, Dental Managers Society jumped at the chance to help.
On Friday, January 6th, the South Shore Chapter met in Quincy and had a very informative meeting with one of Delta Dental of MA’s reps. As one member told us “She did a very good job on a difficult subject.”
The following Friday, the 13th, the Ocean State Chapter met with the BCBS of RI’s Stephanie Santoro. Stephanie helped the group understand some of the submission challenges that office managers find with BCBS and answered all their questions. A Delta Dental Rep has accepted an invitation to speak at a meeting in the future.
These meetings truly show the value that the Dental Managers Society offers to its members!
The next scheduled meetings for the Dental Managers Society are Friday, March 3rd for the South Shore Chapter and Friday, March 19th for the Ocean State Chapter. Both meetings are scheduled to be Open Forums at this time. A survey will go out in February asking for some specific topics so everyone gets a chance to participate.
