Attorney Brian Hatch is a 1984 graduate of Boston College Law School and a 1981 graduate of Colgate University, where he majored in political science.  After graduation from law school, he served as a law clerk for the judges and magistrates of the New Hampshire Superior Court.  A 2000 graduate of the M.S. program in Labor and Industrial Relations at the University of Rhode Island, he has maintained a law office in Attleboro, Massachusetts since 2002.

He has represented clients in a variety of employment, business, litigation,  malpractice, divorce and privacy law situations, and has appeared before Massachusetts trial and appellate courts, federal administrative agencies, the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, the Department of Unemployment Assistance, the Department of Industrial Accidents, and the Board of Registration in Dentistry.

The founder of Hatch Legal Group, a dental practice specialty law firm, Attorney Hatch has represented dental practices and dentists in business, employment, privacy law, dental regulations and other matters.  In 2003 he began publishing Dental Practice Legal Update, a free newsletter distributed as a courtesy to dentists in Massachusetts.
